I offer a free consultation. During this consultation we will discuss your goals and set a plan

I offer training sessions with different frequency (1x a week, 3 times a week, once a month,...) and variety of length (45 or 60 minutes). I offer both virtual and in person training sessions.

I also offer small group trainings (up to 3 people).
