Welcome on my blog! I was playing with the idea of creating a blog FOREVER. I wanted to write a blog about the life when I moved to US. Then I wanted to write a blog about being pregnant. But I'm always busy and I got even busier when my baby girl was born. And then I got even more busier when I got back to teaching my classes and try to manage the time between my baby, getting back in shape and teaching fitness classes.
A lot of people ask me how did I went back in shape so quickly? How do I manage to take care of the baby and teach classes and working from home at the same time? So I've decided to start the blog even this might be the busiest time of my life and I really feel the lack of sleep :D
I want to write about fitness, wellness, healthy eating and everything related to babies.
