Yoga poses for opening the hips

Whether you are a yoga fan or not, believe it has only positives during the pregnancy. One of the advantages is stretching and removing pain which might happen during the pregnancy because you are carrying some extra weight in your belly :) One if the important parts of the body I'm trying to focus on every prenatal class I teach are hips. They carry that extra weight and from my experience many moms-to-be have some troubles with them.
